GiWi campaign fees
Donors give exactly the amount they choose. GiWi deducts a 5% platform fee from each successful campaign or fundraiser donation.
What is charged
The 5% GiWi fee supports hosting, security, support, reconciliation, and continued product development. The payment provider's processing fee is separate and passed through at its actual cost without a GiWi markup.
What is not charged
GiWi does not charge the platform fee on failed or cancelled payments. Campaign fees do not apply to susu contributions or the principal sent through bulk payouts; those products disclose their own provider funding costs.
Your records
Each successful donation stores the GiWi rate that applied and the exact payment-processing fee. New proceeds remain unavailable for withdrawal until that provider record is reconciled. Campaign owners can see gross donations, fees, and available proceeds from their dashboard.
