What to include
- Your GiWi account phone number, with only the last four digits if emailing from an unrelated address.
- The campaign, circle, payout batch, or payment reference.
- The amount, date, approximate time, and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot with balances, card numbers, wallet PINs, OTPs, and identity numbers covered.
Security reports
Use the same email with the subject “Security report.” Describe the issue and safe reproduction steps. Do not access another person’s data, move money, or disrupt the service while testing.
