GiWi should work for everyone
We design GiWi for keyboard, screen-reader, mobile, low-bandwidth, and reduced-motion use, and we want to know when something gets in the way.
What the service supports
- Semantic headings, form labels, status messages, focus indicators, and keyboard navigation.
- Responsive layouts and readable text on small screens.
- Reduced-motion preferences and color combinations checked for readable contrast.
- USSD donations for mobile-money users who do not have a smartphone or reliable data connection.
- Text alternatives for meaningful campaign and interface imagery where supplied.
Known limitations
User-uploaded media and third-party hosted payment screens may vary in accessibility. Generated documents and complex organization payout tables can require additional navigation. We continue testing these areas and cannot claim formal conformance until an independent audit is complete.
Request help or report a barrier
Use the contact page and include the page address, device or assistive technology, what you attempted, and what happened. We will offer a reasonable alternative where possible and use the report to improve the product.
